By using any MyCrawlBot service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The Leads Finder tool returns publicly listed business information (name, address, phone, website, Google rating). By using the tool, you agree to:
MyCrawlBot does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or currency of results returned. Results are sourced from third-party data services. You are responsible for verifying data before acting on it.
Paid exports (Starter at €2, Pro at €4) are processed via Stripe. Each payment is a one-time charge for a single search export. No subscription is created.
If your search fails after a confirmed payment, you are entitled to a full refund. An automatic refund option is provided within the tool immediately after a failed search. Refunds are processed via Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Web design, chatbot, AI integration and digital marketing projects are governed by a written proposal agreed before work begins. The proposal defines scope, price, timeline, payment terms and deliverables. These terms apply to the extent they are not superseded by the written proposal.
Unless otherwise stated in the project proposal: 50% of the agreed fee is due before work begins; the remaining 50% is due upon delivery. Monthly plans are billed one month in advance.
[PLACEHOLDER — A lawyer must define IP transfer terms: what is transferred to the client on handover vs. what remains with MyCrawlBot (e.g. reusable components, third-party libraries, open-source dependencies). Clarify treatment of AI-generated content within deliverables.]
[PLACEHOLDER — A lawyer must draft the limitation of liability clause appropriate for Italian law and EU consumer protection requirements. Standard exclusions for consequential loss, indirect damages and maximum liability caps must be reviewed for enforceability under Italian consumer law if any B2C transactions occur.]
How MyCrawlBot collects and processes personal data is described in the Privacy and Cookie Policy. By using MyCrawlBot services, you acknowledge that policy.
[PLACEHOLDER — A lawyer must confirm the appropriate governing law and jurisdiction clause for Italian-registered sole trader operating within the EU, particularly where customers are located in other EU member states.]
MyCrawlBot may update these terms at any time. The date of last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of any service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
